We Talk 360 Podcast

Fitness, Mental Health,

& the Lives of 20-somethings

We started We Talk 360 after graduating from Wofford College in the spring of 2023. Caitlin was a Division 1 Lacrosse player (and still continues to exercise for fun) and Max is an amateur bodybuilder. Mental Health and Fitness (whether it be sports, lifting weights, or just trying to be healthy) have been a big part of both of our lives. Currently, we are both in our early twenties! Life is weird (so weird) and complicated and we are all just trying to get through it! What is a better way to get through the weirdness of our twenties than doing it together??? We discuss a wide range of topics from relationships and dating, life transitions, identity, failure, balance, and more. Our goal is to spread a positive message and create an environment in which people can be vulnerable, can be heard, and can identify with their peers about different things they are going through in life. We want to send a message that it is okay to not be okay and to talk about it, it is okay to celebrate the wins and learn from the losses, it is okay because we are all going through life together and we are going to make it together.

Whattup! I am a Wofford College graduate with a BA in Humanities and a double Minor in History in Philosophy. My Senior Capstone project was a Historiography and study of masculinity, sexuality, homosexuality, and gender norms in the sport of bodybuilding over time!  I am also a competitive bodybuilder, competing for the first time in the summer of 2022 and looking forward to competing again at the end of 2024 in Classic Physique. I am currently working as a personal trainer in Atlanta with hopes of owning my own gym.
