Episode 12: We Talk Trauma & Mental Health in the Military with Dave Ruiz

In this episode, we talk with Dave Ruiz. Dave is a former 20-something who has learned a lot in his experiences, and was gracious enough to hop on the pod and share his story and advice. Dave is a veteran who suffers from PTSD and has just recently started to open up about his mental health. He is now pursuing a career within the mental health field to help others who struggle as well. We are SO THANKFUL to have had this wonderful human on our podcast and look forward to everyone getting to know Dave as well!
